ACCESSIBILITY TICKETS

For each stadium and match at the FIFA World Cup 26™, FIFA will provide a specific number of tickets reserved for individuals with disabilities and limited mobility. Some of these tickets will be in designated accessible seating sections, while others will be in areas that offer easier access to entrances, amenities, or exits.

Depending on the sales phase, you can purchase accessibility tickets or enter a random selection draw for a chance to buy them, following the same process as for any other ticket.

Accessibility Ticket Limits per Household Under ticketing accessibility rules, each applicant is limited to a maximum of four tickets total, including companion tickets, based on the household limits. This total can include any combination of accessibility and companion tickets (e.g., four accessibility tickets; two accessibility and two companion tickets; or one accessibility and three companion tickets). However, the total number of tickets may not exceed four.

Requests for additional companion tickets beyond this limit cannot be accommodated.

Accessibility Ticket Companion  To request an Accessibility Ticket Companion (if applicable), please select the “Accessibility Ticket Companion” option from the contact form list and include a description of your request so our team can best assist you. 

Important: Please be respectful of others and only purchase these tickets if you require them, as availability is limited due to stadium configuration. Accessibility tickets will be available during the various sales phases, subject to availability. Fans will need to either apply for a chance to purchase tickets during the random selection draw phases or purchase directly during the following sales phases.

Travel Visa Requirements You are not required to have a FIFA World Cup 26™ ticket to apply for a visa, and obtaining a visa does not guarantee the purchase or allocation of a FIFA World Cup 26™ ticket. You may apply for a visa at any time, regardless of the ticketing process. It is your responsibility to understand the documents and medical requirements needed to enter any host country.
